“Hello, I’m Jenn Anderson I am the Director of stores and operations for Lou Lou Boutique. My role covers a large variety of responsibilities, but all involve day to day involvement with our 12 locations. I have been with the company for a little over 10 years now and have loved every moment. I have learned a lot along the way and am very thankful for every opportunity I have been given in my role. I have always loved fashion and retail has very big place in my heart. I have an amazing team both in the corporate office and in the stores! I look forward to each new day with Lou Lou Boutique!

“Hi, I’m Caroline Squires and I have worked at Lou Lou for a two years. I buy the products for Lou Lou and our sister store, Zest. My favorite things about being a buyer for the company is finding beautiful and exciting pieces to bring into the stores.
I love to hear how excited the managers get when their favorite brands arrive, and always excited to see a customer smile when finding the perfect accesory or outfit.
It’s hard to just pick a few… but I would say my favorite brands at Lou Lou are Kitsch, Properly Improper, and Enewton.”

Tara is the heart behind Zest—both the owner and creative director. With years of experience in women’s fashion, she has a natural eye for what’s fresh, flattering, and fun. From choosing new brands to shaping the look and feel of the boutique, she’s hands-on with every detail. Tara finds inspiration everywhere, especially during her travels across the U.S. and Europe, where she’s always on the lookout for stylish pieces that bring a little something extra to the Zest collection.
