Hi! I'm Susanne, the store manager of our Richmond location. I started my Lou Lou journey as a part-time sales associate while I was in my last year at VCU back in 2015. After moving back to Charlottesville, I spent a few years focused on interior design retail before deciding I missed Richmond too much and had to move back!

Our store is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods of Richmond, which is one of the many reasons I love coming to work. There is always something going on in Carytown and it boasts some of the best shopping in the city. We love our customers and always find joy in helping them find exactly what they’re looking for!

My favorite part of the store is our local section. Richmond is full of such talented and artistic people so I love that we're helping to showcase and support local artists and highlight our city.
