Hey hey, I’m Cass Smith and I’m the Frederick store manager! I became part of the Lou Lou family when I moved to here in November 2022 and have loved every moment since. There is never a dull moment at the store, and especially not in downtown Frederick! Not only is the local community the best around, but there’s always an event happening to stir excitement. When I’m not at the store, you can find my nose in a book at a local coffee shop. One of my favorite local brands is Kin & Care! They created a company with products made by immigrant women in the Washington, DC area. They empower these women to build a place of their own for themselves and for their families.
